We don't keep timestamps either. In a small practice, "one severe screen at 10:42" points to one person, so your clinic page only ever shows totals.

Does she need an app or an account?+

No. The QR opens the screening in her phone's browser. She types a first name for the PDF, and that's the only thing she's asked about herself.

Can ScreenToCare see her answers?+

No. Her answers, score and PDF are created on her phone. When she finishes, our server adds one to your clinic's count. It doesn't learn who she is, what she said, or when she said it.

How does the PDF get to us?+

She taps Share and sends it from her own phone, usually by email. Your clinic address is filled in where her phone allows it and is always shown on screen. We never email, store or forward the file.

What happens if she's in crisis?+

If she answers the self-harm question, her result leads with a one-tap call to 988 and the PSI HelpLine. The flag is also printed on her PDF, so your team sees it as soon as she shares.

Is HITS on the PDF?+

No. HITS is four questions about safety at home. Her answers and the National Domestic Violence Hotline number stay on her screen and nowhere else.

What does it cost?+

You pay per completed screen, charged monthly to the card on file, at the per-screen price MamaCare360 sets. If she starts a screen and doesn't finish, you aren't charged for it.
